Drawing on decades of experience in Jewish education and community engagement, Rabbi Laurie partners with synagogues, schools, camps, JCCs, and other organizations to create meaningful learning experiences, strengthen programs, and support staff, volunteers, and lay leaders.

Rabbi Laurie’s areas of expertise include experiential education, curriculum design, family engagement, professional development, worship and ritual, community building, and innovative program design. Her work is distinguished by the integration of creative expression, ritual, and experiential learning as pathways to Jewish learning, community, and belonging.

Community Leadership & Convening

As a senior Jewish communal leader, Rabbi Laurie has designed and led large-scale educational, cultural, spiritual, and community-building initiatives serving diverse audiences across generations. She integrates learning, relationship-building, ritual, and public engagement through scholar-in-residence weekends, holiday celebrations, multifaith partnerships, leadership development programs, and community conversations.
